Your small team, running a big operation.
CampaignOS is how a handful of people run Robb Ryerse's AR-03 campaign like a much bigger operation — tasks, events, volunteers, voters, and donors in one system. It plugs into the tools the campaign already uses, NGP VAN and Action Network, and puts AI agents to work on the rest, so staff and volunteers can just ask for what they need in plain language.
AI-native campaign tools.
Use AI to augment you and your team. Organize the work, create events, manage volunteers, analyze your voters, prep donor calls — from the AI tools you already talk to. CampaignOS shows up as a connector: ask in plain language, and an agent does it against the campaign's real data.

One system, the whole operation.
From volunteers and events to voters and donors — everything runs through the same system, so every list and every plan is consistent, explainable, and built on evidence rather than a hunch.
Manage your volunteers
Invite people by email, give everyone their own board, and see the whole team's work in one place. No passwords, no spreadsheets, no lost signups.
Run events end to end
Create an event, attach its checklist of tasks, open it for help, and watch signups come in. Attendance logs back into the system when it's over.
Keep the work moving
A shared task board with owners, statuses, comments, and notifications — updateable from the board or by just telling your AI what happened.
Know your voters
Every voter modeled on turnout and support, so the campaign knows who's solid, who's movable, and who's worth a conversation.
Turn support into turnout
Walkable, precinct-tight turf ranked by expected marginal votes per contact — so a canvass shift is planned around real doors, not row counts.
Understand your donors
Who to ask, for how much, and who's gone quiet — ranked by demonstrated capacity and federal headroom. Selection stays off FEC data, by design.
Helping out? Here's your way in.
If you're volunteering with the campaign, this site is where your task board and event signups live. You'll get an invitation by email — or sign in below if you already have one.
Sign in with a link
No password to make or forget. Enter your email, click the link we send you, and you're on your board. Links are single-use and expire quickly.
Your board, your tasks
The task board shows what's yours to do, what's blocked, and what's done. Events you can help with are open for signup right from the board.
What you log matters
Every door knocked, call made, and conversation noted feeds the model that plans the next shift. Field work here compounds — it isn't a clipboard that gets filed away.
Where the data comes from, and where it never goes.
A campaign data system earns trust by being specific about its inputs, its integrations, and its lines. These are ours.
Built on public data
The model trains on the Arkansas Secretary of State voter file and FEC bulk filings — auditable public inputs, not a black box you have to trust on faith.
First-party data stays home
Canvass results, event signups, and donor interactions live in the campaign's own warehouse. Nothing is resold, shared, or pooled across campaigns — there are no other campaigns.
NGP VAN: act-through only
CampaignOS works through VAN's official API under the campaign's own credentials. No bulk extraction, no reverse-engineering of scores — what our model learns is uploaded back into VAN as a custom score, not carried out of it.
A firm FEC line
Contributor data from FEC filings is never used to select who gets solicited. Donor outreach is prioritized on the campaign's first-party relationships and public capacity signals.
Credentials are personal
Every staffer and volunteer signs in as themselves — one-time emailed links, no shared passwords, server-side roles. VAN logins are individual and never shared.
PII is contained
Voter records stay inside the warehouse and the tools that need them. Health endpoints, previews, and logs are PII-free by design; deliverables move as access-controlled files, not pasted text.
